T3 stands for train, track, and transform. The basic T3 philosophy is that if you train hard and track your results, you will transform your body. This is what you can do for your personal training clients by becoming a T3 HIIT instructor.
T3 workouts are 30-minute high intensity interval training sessions that can be delivered by personal trainers, gym, and group exercise instructors. T3 sessions feature exercise sequences that are not choreographed to music and which can be performed on the gym floor, in the studio, at home, or even outside.

Know how to provide T3 HIIT workouts in any type of setting, whether indoors or outdoors, and to any size of training group, from individual clients to groups large and small
Have the ability to properly modify T3 HIIT workouts to better suit individual clients based on their fitness levels, movement limitations, and more
