Understand the anatomy and biomechanics of the foot and ankle, along with increasing your knowledge of fascial lines (including how they impact stability) and foot function.
Have a deeper understanding of foot science and its impact on a person’s health and fitness levels.
Know the benefits that barefoot training provides, as well as how to use this workout approach to help clients reduce their injury risk while achieving better and faster results when improving their performance, managing their weight, or correcting movement-related issues.
Learn ways to incorporate BARE training into other exercise programs, such as Pilates, mind-body programs, and senior fitness.
Have the skills needed to perform both open-chain and closed-chain foot assessments when beginning your work with a new barefoot training client.
Be able to create barefoot training sessions and workout programs for individuals and groups of all sizes, even for clients with pain conditions, physical injuries, joint dysfunction or instability, and other lower extremity difficulties.
