Tai Chi is a martial art that utilizes gentle, flowing movements to enhance health in the body and mind. In this course, you will focus on the Yang Style 24 form of Tai Chi. The 24 Yang Style form is based on the Yang long form and is much more complex than you may think. It is a vertical learning event where you learn 24 moves. Learning the moves is the first level of learning then you will begin to learn to incorporate different principles such as columns, rotation, being rooted and grounded, relaxation, energy, and others to flow to those 24 moves. You will also understand the martial arts application of these moves and how to breathe with each one.
